It should be understood that in order for the NETB15PPP to properly record and log flow, the NETB15PPP MUST OBSERVE AT LEAST 3 PULSES PER MINUTES AT THE LOWEST LIKELY FLOW SCENARIO.

Observing LED1 is a good way of determining if the minimal pulse threshold is being met, even at low flow rates. With dip switch 2 on, use a stop watch and count the number of pulses observed in a minute. If less than 3 are observed, the flow meter will need to be reconfigured to pulse at a more frequent rate.

It should be noted that the NETB15PPP does not support flow meters that use a 4-20mA output signal. Only digital pulse outputs are compatible.
