To reset your password for the Net Irrigate app and the website,
visit the website at and click on "Forgot your password?".
Passwords cannot be reset from the mobile app.

You may also click here to go directly to the password reset page.

On the Forgot password screen, enter your username in the text box and click "Reset Password".

You will see the following screen informing you that your password has been reset and sent to the email address associated with your account.

You should receive an email with your new password within 5 minutes.  If you do not received the email, do not remember your username, or have any other issues, please contact us at 1 (800) 961-9546 and we will be happy to assist you.
