This guide will describe how to get started in the new CircleScout App for existing users of the old NetIrrigate App.

Download the iOS app from the Apple App store here.

Or the Android app from the Google Play store here.

Login to the app using the email associated with your account. If you need to reset your password you can do so here. If you have any issues with your password, additional instructions can be found here.

Once you are able to log into the new CircleScout App with your email login and password you are ready to get started.

1) Verify that all of your Pivots are listed under your My Sites/Subscription List.

Select the menu icon (☰) in the upper left corner then select either Subscriptions (iOS) or Site List (Android):

Verify your pivot sites are present by scrolling down through the list:

2) Verify that your notifications are turned on and set correctly.

Select the menu icon (☰) in the upper left corner then select Notification Preferences:

Verify the Contact information for your account is correct and your desired notifications are enabled. Turn on or off notifications using the toggle buttons:

3) Verify that the Helper/Associate accounts are set up correctly.

Select the menu icon (☰) in the upper left corner then select Helpers and Associates:

Verify that your Helper and Associates are listed correctly then select each one by using the arrow to the right of their account to verify their notification preferences. Turn on or off notifications using the toggle buttons:

If a Helper/Associate is missing, you can add them using the "Add Associate Account" button and then set up their account. You must enter a unique phone number and/or email address. If you enter a number or email that is already in the system, you will receive an error.
